Job Title: International Customer Support Executive


Location: Mumbai


Working Days: 5 Days a Week


Shift: Rotational (Shift changes every month)

Shift Timings (Monthly Rotational):

  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM


Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused International Customer Support Executive to manage global client interactions across voice, email, and chat channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a solution-oriented approach, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts that change every month.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound international customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Provide accurate information about products and services.

  • Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high service standards.

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

  • Adhere to SLAs, response timelines, and quality benchmarks.

  • Build strong relationships with international clients through professional communication.


Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • 1–2 years of experience in international customer support (preferred).

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Experience handling US/UK/APAC clients is an advantage.

  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts) with monthly shift changes.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in BPO / KPO / IT / Fintech / Forex support is an added advantage.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.

  • Strong customer-centric mindset.
