Shift: Rotational (Shift changes every month)
Shift Timings (Monthly Rotational):
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused International Customer Support Executive to manage global client interactions across voice, email, and chat channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a solution-oriented approach, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts that change every month.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound international customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Adhere to SLAs, response timelines, and quality benchmarks.
Build strong relationships with international clients through professional communication.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in international customer support (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience handling US/UK/APAC clients is an advantage.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts) with monthly shift changes.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in BPO / KPO / IT / Fintech / Forex support is an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
Strong customer-centric mindset.
