Shift: 5:30 PM – 10:30 AM (Rotational 9-hour shift)

Week Off: Any 2 rotational offs

Joining Date: 24th June 2025

Work Location: Transport boundary must be within company-provided zones

Eligibility Criteria:

 HSC/Graduate fresher OR

 SSC with minimum 1 year BPO experience

 Excellent English communication skills

 Age: Up to 39 years

 Must not be pursuing any education

Job Responsibilities:

 Conduct soft collections calls to resolve customer outstanding balances

 Achieve monthly collection and quality targets

 Deliver professional support while adhering to company guidelines

 Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups

Salary Structure:

Based on Last Drawn Salary

Additional incentives based on performance

Rounds of Interview:

HR ➡ VNA ➡ Operations

No leaves allowed during the 6-month probation period
