Process: US-Based Collections
Work Window: 5:30 PM to 10:30 AM
Shift: 9 hours (including 1-hour break), rotational
Working Days: 5 days | 2 rotational week-offs
Additional: Overtime as per business requirement

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: BPO & Non-BPO (both eligible)
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Compensation

Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹38,000 (in-hand)
Incentives:
- ₹1,000 – Performance
- ₹1,000 – Attendance
