Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally

• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

• Ensure customer satisfaction and high service quality

• Update call logs and maintain CRM records

• Escalate issues to the relevant department if required

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Any graduate or undergraduate

• Strong command of the English language (verbal and written)

• Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts

• Good problem-solving and listening skills

• Experience in customer support (voice process) is an advantage
