As an International Customer Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions through the International Voice Process and providing high-quality customer support related to healthcare services.

You will assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, service-related questions, and complaints while ensuring accurate information, timely support, and a professional customer experience.

📞 Handle incoming and outgoing international customer calls professionally and confidently.

🎓 JOB REQUIREMENTS

✅ Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
