Job Summary:
We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Service Executive for a Payment Gateway process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing effective resolutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions via calls
Resolve customer queries related to payment gateway services
Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution
Maintain quality standards and adhere to process guidelines
Achieve individual and team performance targets
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate/Undergraduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service/BPO
Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English
Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
Work Details:
Working Days: 5 days working
Week Offs: 2 rotational week-offs
Shift: US Shift (9 hours rotational)
