Job Description – Technical Support Executive (Blended Process)
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Shift: US Shifts (Night Shift)
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
Interview Mode: Telephonic Interview
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice candidates preferred
Notice Period Buyout: Available
Experience: 1 to 3 years in International BPO (Customer Support / Sales)
Mandatory:
✔ International BPO experience only
✔ Technical Support or Customer Support in a blended process
Not Eligible:
✖ Domestic BPO experience
✖ Non-BPO experience
Male candidates outside the hiring boundary may apply if they can commute on their own and are comfortable traveling without company transport.
Notice period buyout option is available for eligible candidates.
Handle customer interactions for an international technical support process (voice blended role).
Provide accurate technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers.
Deliver excellent customer experience with a problem-solving mindset.
Meet performance, quality, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) standards.
Support both technical queries and sales opportunities (upselling/cross-selling when required).
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Provide technical support via inbound/outbound voice calls.
Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, or service-related issues.
Ensure high call quality and first-call resolution (FCR).
Achieve individual and process-level KPI targets.
Maintain customer engagement and service excellence.
Work in a blended environment involving support + sales.
Strong communication skills (English proficiency)
Good technical troubleshooting knowledge
Experience in International Voice Support
Ability to work in night shifts (US timing)
Target-driven with customer-centric approach
Basic knowledge of CRM and ticketing tools
