Job Description

Position: Senior Customer Support Associate (Sr. CSA)
No. of Positions: 1
Process: Blended (50% Voice & 50% Chat/Email)
Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office)
Location: Rabale MIDC, Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Schedule: 5 Days a Week | Rotational Shifts | Rotational Week Off

About the Role:
As a Senior Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our global customers, handling both voice and non-voice interactions. You will resolve technical and non-technical issues, manage escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in International BPO (Voice & Chat – Technical/Customer Support).

  • Excellent spoken and written English (neutral accent).

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills.

  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts and week offs.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.

  • Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO). (No transport facility – self-commute required.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-contact resolution for customer queries (voice, chat, email).

  • Handle escalations, grievances, and complex cases with professionalism.

  • Ensure SLA adherence and maintain quality standards.

  • Engage with customers proactively to deliver service excellence.

  • Collaborate with higher support levels where required.
