Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails from international customers.
Resolve queries related to products, billing, or technical issues.
Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience.
Document customer interactions and follow up where required.
Achieve performance targets related to quality and customer satisfaction.
Follow company guidelines, security protocols, and process requirements.
