International Customer Representative

We are looking for a International Customer Representative to join our team at Concentrix to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Non Voice. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹65000 and opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 5 days working during the rotational shift.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
