Job Description – Customer Support (US Process)
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (Versant score 58+ mandatory).
Graduation required (Freshers: 6th-semester marksheet + final exam hall ticket).
Experience candidates must provide complete documents and PF details.
12th + Diploma / 12th pass candidates also considered.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls with US candidates for client hiring requirements.
Record call outcomes on tools accurately.
Flexible to work in night shifts (US hours: 5 PM–7 AM IST).
Work from Office (Bangalore only), rotational week-offs (Mon–Fri/Tue–Sat/Wed–Sun).
Follow client holidays (Accenture discretion).
Preferred:
Prior US contact center/customer support experience.
