Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns from international clients professionally.
Provide accurate information and quick resolutions to customers.
Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
Meet process targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge required
Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
