Shift: Night Shift
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues effectively and efficiently
Ensure first call resolution (FCR) and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Meet performance metrics such as AHT (Average Handling Time), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), and SLA compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate in any stream
Experience: Fresher in International Voice Process or BPO industry. (Freshers are welcome
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred)
Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure, work in night shifts, and meet targets
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
