About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives for a reputed BPO in Indore. The role involves handling customer queries, providing effective solutions, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers.

• Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.

• Provide accurate information about products and services.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet quality/service standards.

• Work in shifts as per business requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.

• Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills, CRM tools).

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
