🚀 *We Are Hiring: Customer Support Representatives (Voice | Email | Chat) – US Process*

💼 *Role:* Customer Support Representative (TSR)

📍 *Location:* Bangalore (On-site)

🌎 *Process:* US Customers

📅 *Training Starts:* 27th April 2026

🚀 *Go-Live:* 1st June 2026

💰 *Salary:* Up to ₹35,000 (Take Home, based on experience)

🎯 *Job Responsibilities:*

• Handle queries via Voice, Email & Chat

• Support Domain & Web Hosting services

• Assist with email setup & website tools

• Resolve basic technical & billing issues

• Maintain proper documentation

• Escalate complex issues when required

✅ *Eligibility:*

• Graduate (any field)

• Minimum 3 years experience in US customer support

• Excellent English communication

• Typing speed: 50 WPM (95% accuracy)

• Basic knowledge of MS Office & systems

⏰ *Shift:*

• 2:30pm – 11:30PM

Rotational 2 days off

1 way cab provided
