Job Role: Customer Support Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Handle medical billing, claims, and reimbursement processes.
Communicate with doctors and patients through calls, emails, and chats.
Resolve billing-related queries while maintaining high-quality customer service.
Eligibility:
• 12th Pass or Graduates (Any Discipline)
• Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
Salary & Benefits:
• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 Gross Salary
• ₹1,000 Monthly Attendance Bonus
• ₹15,000 Statutory Bonus:
• ₹2,000 after 3 months
• ₹3,000 after 6 months
• ₹10,000 after 1 year
• Company Drop Facility (Night Shift)
• ₹2500/month Travel Allowance (if drop facility is not availed)
• Subsidized Meals
Work Schedule:
• 5 Days Working
• Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
