Survey Executive (Voice Process)

Position: Survey Executive (Voice Process)

Shift: UK Shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Working Days: Monday to Friday & Alternate sat

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct surveys over voice calls.
Interact professionally with customers and gather accurate information.
Maintain call quality and complete assigned survey targets.
Record responses accurately in the system.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English.
Confident and professional phone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge.
