Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound or outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries and complaints.
Provide information about products or services.
Update customer details in the CRM system.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Skills Required
Excellent spoken English.
Clear pronunciation and neutral accent.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Customer service orientation.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (depends on the company).
Freshers and experienced candidates are both eligible.
Good verbal communication in English is essential.
