What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound (and sometimes outbound) voice calls with international customers (US/UK time zones), delivering excellent service.

• Resolve queries, complaints and requests with empathy, clarity and accuracy.

• Document customer interactions in our CRM accurately; escalate where needed.

• Work in rotational / night shifts aligned with international time-zones (e.g., US evening / UK morning).

• Achieve performance metrics: first-call resolution, average handle time, customer satisfaction ratings.

• Be part of process improvement suggest ideas, help enhance the voice experience.

What Were Looking For:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written); comfortable with US/UK accents.

• Diploma/12 th pass or any graduate; freshers are welcome (with strong communication) and candidates with 0-5 years voice-process experience preferred.

• Ready to work night shifts / rotational shifts.

• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn CRM / call-centre tools.

• Good listening, problem-solving, multitasking and interpersonal skills.

• A positive, customer-first attitude and a desire to grow in a service-driven role.
