Job Summary:

Call 2 Connect is seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader specializing in Motor Insurance to join our team in Virar West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will lead a team of insurance advisors, monitor performance, and drive operational efficiency to meet targets. This is a day shift role with Sunday fixed off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team handling motor insurance processes.
  
  

• Ensure achievement of team targets and KPIs.
  
  

• Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  
  

• Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely task execution.
  
  

• Prepare and present performance reports to management.
  
  

• Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction.
  
  

• Coordinate with other departments for operational alignment.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in motor insurance (mandatory)
  
  

• Age: 25 to 35 years
  
  

• Gender: Male & Female – Both can apply
  
  

• Education: Graduate (any discipline)
  
  

• Languages: English & Basic Hindi
  
  

• Shift: Day Shift (09:30 AM – 06:30 PM)
  
  

• Work Days: Monday to Saturday | Sunday Off
