Insurance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue new insurance policies for private and commercial vehicles. This includes managing timely renewals by counseling customers on their coverage options.

• Prepare comparative motor insurance quotes (e.g., First-party, Third-party, Zero-Depreciation) from various insurers to help customers make informed choices.

• Act as the primary contact for claims processing. This involves coordinating with insurance surveyors for vehicle inspections and ensuring all documentation is submitted for quick approval.

• Handle all back-office paperwork, including endorsements, payment link generation, and verifying policy details to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both showroom customers and insurance company representatives to ensure smooth operations.

• Identify sales opportunities for add-on products (like engine protection or roadside assistance) and assist the sales team in closing vehicle deals by securing necessary finance and insurance approvals.
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 4 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
