Job Title: Relationship Manager (RM) – Inside Sales (Up-selling & Cross-selling)

Qualifications

Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related field
Tally certification or experience in Tally software solutions preferred

Experience

1–3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or ERP customer engagement
Experience in up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers highly preferred

Skills Required

Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Sales orientation with consultative approach
Familiarity with Tally ERP, TSS, Add-ons, Cloud, etc.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Excel
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts
