Inside Sales Executive

• An inside sales executive generates revenue by selling products or services to potential and existing customers via phone, email, or other virtual channels. Key responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, presenting products, negotiating deals, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships by providing ongoing support and upselling additional services. They are also responsible for maintaining a CRM database, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams.

• Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails, as well as following up on inbound inquiries.
• Sales process management: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, which includes making sales presentations and conducting remote product demos.
• Customer relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing product information, answering questions, addressing needs, and offering ongoing support.
• Sales target achievement: Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales quotas and targets.
• Administrative tasks: Keep detailed records of client interactions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, share best practices, and provide feedback.

• Sales and customer service: Strong consultative and customer service skills to build rapport and advise customers on products.
