Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products and services • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information • Clearly explain product features and benefits to customers • Follow up on qualified leads to close sales and achieve targets • Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and feedback in CRM systems • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets • Collaborate with team members to enhance call quality and conversion rates • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards Eligibility & Requirements • Female candidates preferred • Freshers and experienced candidates may apply • Age requirement: 20 to 30 years • Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduation • Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English • Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems • Customer-oriented mindset with good listening and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a target-driven environment • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
