Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Representatives to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in field sales or onboarding, particularly in the auto and cab driver segment. This role involves onboarding auto and cab drivers onto our platform, ensuring all documentation and requirements are completed

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit field locations to approach and onboard auto and cab drivers

• Explain platform benefits and assist with documentation and registration processes

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly onboarding targets

• Maintain records of daily activities and submit reports to the supervisor

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any onboarding-related issues

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th pass or Graduate

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales or onboarding experience (auto/cab segment preferred)

• Age Limit: 18 to 40 years

• Gender: Male candidates preferred

• Languages Required: Hindi and local language (Marathi)

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000

• Incentives: ₹500 per successful onboarding
