🚀 Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic Sales Executive with exceptional communication skills to be the face of our premium furniture studio in Bangalore. You will be responsible for providing a luxury shopping experience to HNIs (High Net-worth Individuals), Architects, and Interior Designers.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Selling: Engage with walk-in customers and understand their home styling needs to suggest the perfect furniture solutions.
Excellent Communication: Must be able to explain technical product features (wood types, fabric, ergonomics) in Fluent English.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain a database of premium clients and follow up via CRM for deal closures.
B2B Networking: Connect with local Bangalore Architects and Interior Design firms to drive project-based sales.
Studio Experience: Ensure the showroom floor looks impeccable at all times, following international Visual Merchandising (VM) standards.
🎯 Candidate Requirements (Must-Have):
Language: Mandatory Fluency in English. Proficiency in Kannada is a huge advantage for local client coordination.
Personality: Highly groomed, confident, and proactive with a "Customer First" attitude.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce/Oracle), iPads for catalogs, and MS Excel.
Background: Experience in brands like Home Centre, IKEA, Pepperfry, Urban Ladder, or Luxury Automobile/Watch retail is preferred.
