We are seeking a dynamic and target driven Inside Sales Executive to join our recruitment services team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, and converting them into clients by effectively presenting our recruitment solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients using online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) and internal databases

• Cold call and email prospects to generate new business opportunities.

• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant recruitment services.

• Explain products or services to prospective clients effectively.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication.

• Assist customers with inquiries and guide them toward suitable solutions.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
