Location: Sector 18, Gurugram
Process: Customer Service – Voice + Chat Blended

Compensation:
• 1+ Year Experience: Up to ₹4.2 LPA (Including ₹2,000 PLI) | Approx. ₹32,000 In-Hand
• 2+ Years Experience: Up to ₹4.3 LPA (Including ₹2,000 PLI) | Approx. ₹33,000 In-Hand
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer interactions through voice and chat channels
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards
• Identify customer needs and drive relevant upselling opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and achieve performance metrics
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
Eligibility:
• Graduation Mandatory
• Minimum 1 Year Customer Service Experience (On Papers)
• Excellent English Communication Skills (C1+)
• Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational environment
• Strong customer handling and sales aptitude
