About the Role

We are urgently hiring experienced Inbound Customer Service Executives with strong English communication skills. Candidates will handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide quality customer support.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1–2+ years in Inbound Customer Service

Communication: Good to excellent English communication (Fluent speakers eligible for higher package)

Last Salary Drawn: Considered up to industry standards

Salary Structure

1 year experience:

₹22,000 In-hand

₹26,000 CTC

2 years experience:

₹26,000 In-hand

₹30,000 CTC

Candidates with Fluent English + Relevant Experience:

Up to ₹35,000 In-hand

CTC as per company norms

Handle inbound customer calls efficiently

Log interactions in the system accurately

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
