Profile: Hospital Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Hospital Assistant to join our Ayurvedic Hospital. The candidate will work closely with doctors and nursing staff, assist in daily hospital operations, manage patient records, and ensure smooth appointment scheduling and patient coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist doctors and nurses in managing day-to-day hospital activities.
• Maintain and update patient records, treatment details, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with patients regarding appointments and provide available consultation slots.
• Manage patient registrations, follow-ups, and appointment schedules.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and ensure proper record maintenance.
• Provide support to doctors during patient consultations whenever required.
• Maintain a professional and patient-friendly environment within the hospital.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setup is preferred.
• Experience assisting doctors, nurses, or handling patient coordination will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of maintaining records and handling appointment systems.
• Ability to manage patients with empathy and professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/record management systems).
Experience:
Min 6 months - 2 years of relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
