Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Loan Products

Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling inside sales for Working Capital Loans (secured & unsecured) and Personal Loans. The candidate should have a solid understanding of loan products, strong communication skills, and prior experience in tele/inside sales.

Key Responsibilities

● Engage with potential customers via phone to explain loan products (Working Capital & Personal Loan).
● Understand customer requirements and provide the best loan options.
● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to conversion.
● Maintain high call connect and lead conversion ratios.
● Collaborate with fulfillment teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
● Maintain updated records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM.
● Achieve monthly sales and disbursal targets.
