Job Summary

We are looking for a Travel Desk Executive / Holiday Planner who will be responsible for managing flight bookings, hotel reservations, and holiday packages for domestic and international travel. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of airline booking systems and experience in handling customer travel requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings.

• Work on GDS systems (Amadeus) for airline ticket reservations and changes.

• Manage hotel bookings for domestic and international travel.

• Plan and customize holiday packages as per client requirements.

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for best rates and availability.

• Assist clients with travel itineraries, ticketing, and travel documentation.

• Provide prompt support for travel queries, cancellations, and rescheduling.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Amadeus (GDS) airline booking system.

• Good understanding of airlines, routes, and fare structures.

• Experience in flight, hotel, and holiday package bookings.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to handle multiple bookings and deadlines efficiently.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in travel agency / travel desk / tour operations.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
