Job Summary:
Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar rooftop solutions (Residential, Commercial & Industrial). The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and closing solar projects in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads through field visits, society drives, references, and local networking.
2. Conduct site visits and explain solar solutions, cost savings, ROI, and government subsidies.
3. Meet residential, commercial, and industrial clients to close solar EPC projects.
4. Coordinate with technical and design teams for proposals and project execution.
5. Maintain daily sales reports, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
6. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in field sales (Solar / Electrical / EPC preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Two-wheeler mandatory for field visits.
