Job Summary :

Mass Recruiters is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support our US IT staffing and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our IT staffing services in the US market.

Key Responsibilities :

·         Identify and generate new business opportunities for US IT staffing services.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with US clients, vendors, and hiring managers.

·         Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill open positions.

·         Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the US IT industry.

·         Negotiate terms and agreements for staffing services with clients.

·         Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.

·         Provide regular updates to clients regarding candidate submissions and hiring progress.

·         Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills:

·         Fluent English communication is mandatory (both verbal and written).

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Basic understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes is a plus.

·         Ability to build professional relationships with clients.

·         Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification:

·         Any Graduate (Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome).

·         Prior experience in sales, business development, or recruitment will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule:

·         Night Shift (US Shift)

·         5 Days Working – Monday to Friday
