Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls in Hindi.
Provide accurate and timely information to customer inquiries.
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
Work in coordination with team members to achieve service targets.
Stay updated with product information and company policies.

For Fresher -

Salary: 2,70,000

Net Take home: 16392

With PI: 19142

For Experience -

Salary: 3,00,000

Net Take home:18832

With PI: 21582

Apart from the salary a 3500 rupees will be added as transport allowance.
