Role:
To reach out to potential and existing customers via phone to promote YES Bank’s financial products and services.
⏩Key Responsibilities:
▶️Make outbound calls to customers/leads from the database.
▶️Pitch banking products like credit cards, personal loans, savings accounts, etc.
▶️Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility clearly.
▶️Call the customer related products and pitch the professionally
▶️Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions.
▶️Update CRM systems with customer interaction details.
▶️Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
⏩Skills Required:
✅Avarage english communication and persuasion skills.
✅ (training usually provided).
✅Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
✅Fluency in regional/local language is often preferred.
✅Education:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate (depending on role level).
✅Experience:
Fresher or 0–2 years in telecalling/sales/customer service preferred.
