Job Description

Logistics executive JD:

Hindi mandatory
Coordinate with courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ekart Logistics, etc. for daily pickups and deliveries.
Monitor shipment dispatch, tracking, and delivery status.
Handle customer delivery escalations and coordinate for timely resolution.
Follow up on RTO (Return to Origin) cases and refunds if applicable.
Maintain proper documentation for shipments and claims
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Vlookup, Hlookup and Advance Excel too.
