We are hiring Health Response Advisors (Pre-Sales) for our Ghatkopar center.
This role involves telecalling, pre-sales counseling, and appointment scheduling for healthcare services.
Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound & inbound telecalling
Pre-sales counseling to explain health/posture services
Handling customer support queries
Using CRM to update call details and follow-ups
Appointment scheduling for center visits
Convincing customers and converting leads
Key Skills Required
Good communication skills
Ability to convince and counsel customers
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to learn healthcare concepts
Languages Required
Hindi & English (mandatory)
Marathi or Gujarati (any one preferred)
Salary Structure
Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Performance-based incentives applicable
Working Details
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Off: Any one weekday
Shift Timings (Rotational)
8:45 AM – 5:45 PM
11:15 AM – 8:15 PM
