Relationship Manager – RM (200 open positions)

Process Type – Outbound calls to existing customers o inform them about the benefits and features available to them. Please note that this is not a hard-core sales role but rather a relationship- building process.

·Skills required – A minimum of 1 year experience in the insurance industry is mandatory, not necessarily in sales. Experience in relationship management, customer service, sales, or renewals of insurance is acceptable

· Shifts – Rotational week off, 9am to 9pm window any 9 hours shift, female shift ends at 7pm.
