Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives, providing guidance and support.

  • Assign daily targets and monitor team performance to ensure achievement of sales goals

  • Develop and implement telesales strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Ensure the team effectively communicates the value proposition of IT products/services.

  • Oversee the team’s interactions with potential customers to ensure professionalism and adherence to company guidelines.

  • Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints and provide resolution.

  • Track team performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports for management.

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.

  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Provide constructive feedback to team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
