Health Counselor – Cancer & Parkinson Department (Sales)

📍 Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)

💰 Salary: Up to ₹2.8 LPA CTC + Attractive Incentives

Job Overview

We are looking for compassionate, confident, and result-oriented Health Counselors to join our Cancer & Parkinson Department. The role involves counseling patients and their families, understanding their health concerns, explaining Ayurvedic wellness programs, and helping them choose suitable treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel Cancer and Parkinson patients over phone calls.
Understand patient health concerns and provide appropriate guidance.
Explain treatment plans and Ayurvedic health kits.
Conduct follow-ups with patients and maintain records in CRM.
Build strong relationships with patients and their families.
Achieve monthly counseling and sales targets.
Ensure a positive and empathetic patient experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

1–5 years of experience in Health Counseling, Patient Counseling, Medical Counseling, Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Wellness Counseling.
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Experience in Healthcare, Ayurveda, Pharma, Hospital, Wellness, Oncology, or Neurology will be preferred.
