Job Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to candidates and clients.
Provide information regarding job vacancies, interviews, and training programs.
Maintain candidate records and update databases.
Handle data entry, documentation, and office files.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up with candidates.
Draft emails and maintain daily reports.
Perform general administrative and back-office tasks.
Support the HR and placement team in day-to-day operations.
Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi. English communication will be an added advantage.
Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
