Field Investigator – Job Description
Position: Field Investigator
Department: Insurance Claim Investigation
Location: Assigned Field Area
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct insurance claim investigations as per company SOP.
Verify accident details, date/place of loss, driver, vehicle usage and claim circumstances.
Collect and verify required documents, statements, photographs and supporting evidence.
Conduct field visits and interact with insured, driver, witnesses, police, hospitals and other relevant persons.
Prepare accurate investigation reports within the assigned TAT.
Maintain confidentiality and provide genuine, unbiased findings.
Coordinate with the back-office team for case updates and pending requirements.
Required Skills: Good communication, field investigation ability, basic knowledge of smartphones/Google Maps, documentation skills, and willingness to travel.
