The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/Degree ( Electronics, Electrical/IT/CSE) and 1 to 10 years. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 Days week during the Dayshift.
1. Break Down Calls: Customer registers complain on customer care, and then we receive a call log request. Engineer goes to customer’s site to look out the issue and solve the issue accordingly.
2. PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service): According to PMS monthly list, taking appointment with the customer then sending the Engg. to the customer’s site for performing PMS.
3. Installation: First of all, we receive the installation request from the company. Then the engineer goes to the company’s site for inspection and will check all the availability present on the site and once he’s done with the inspection and completes all the safety rules, then he will do the installation work.
4. Up-gradation: After sometime of installation the machinery, we receive the up-gradation request from the company. Engineer goes to the company’s site to up-gradation of the machinery.
