Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise daily operations of the KYC team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Compile and maintain updated records of direct sellers for KYC processing.
Ensure timely and accurate verification, resolving KYC-related inquiries and escalations.
Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve performance and productivity.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and recognizing achievements.
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for KYC processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Investigate compliance-related issues and ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
Act as a point of contact for complex KYC matters and stakeholder communication.
Prepare and generate accurate KYC reports for management review.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in KYC, compliance, or financial operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/CRM software.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
