We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Field Insurance Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting accident or loss sites, assessing damages, verifying the authenticity of claims, and submitting impartial technical reports. You will act as the critical link between the insurance company and the policyholder, ensuring fair and accurate claim settlements.
Site Inspection: Conduct physical inspections of damaged assets (Vehicles, Machinery, Property, or Cargo) at the site of the accident or repair workshops.
Damage Assessment: Accurately quantify the extent of loss/damage and distinguish between fresh damage and pre-existing wear and tear.
Investigation: Verify the cause of the loss and ensure it aligns with the policy terms. Investigate potential fraud or misrepresentation.
Documentation: Take high-quality photographs/videos of the damage and collect necessary documents (claim forms, FIRs, repair estimates, invoices)
