Role & Responsibilities:
Visit corporate offices where printers/MFDs are installed and close service calls related to:
Technical issues
Service-related problems
Server and network connectivity issues
Perform installation of new printers/MFDs at client locations whenever leads are generated within the assigned territory, as decided by the reporting manager.
Coordinate with clients to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
During the initial 15 days of onboarding, the technician will work along with a senior engineer, who will provide guidance, training, and on-job support.
