Field Support Engineer

We are looking for a Field Support Engineer to join our team at Akshar Computer. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Software & IT Services. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Computing skills: • Basic of computer • Microsoft office- excel, word, power point • Hardware: - Pc Assembling, Repairing and Troubleshooting, window installation • Networking: -

  Router & Switch configuration, LAN Setup, Network printer setup • Others: Installation & Configuration, data Recovery, HDD cloning, virus removal & security, system maintenance.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift & Have Experience in Field Work.
