मुख्य कार्य-जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)
1️⃣ Feedback Calling (Service Feedback Work)
Daily completed complaints की feedback calls करना
Customer से यह confirm करना:
Service हुई या नहीं
Engineer का behavior
Work quality / satisfaction level
Customer complaints / negative feedback को Team Leader को तुरंत report करना
Feedback का proper entry CRM / Excel / Action Plan sheet में update करना
2️⃣ MC Renewal / AMC / MC Sell Calling
Old / existing customers को MC Renewal / AMC / Warranty extension के लिए call करना
Customer को:
MC benefits समझाना
Validity / pricing explain करना
Interested customers की follow-up calling
Confirm sale की details system में update करना
Payment mode (cash / online / engineer collection) की information note करना
3️⃣ Customer Calling Management
Daily assigned calling list पर 100% calls complete करना
Call outcome mark करना:
Connected
Not reachable
Call back
Interested / Not interested
Proper calling etiquette और polite communication maintain करना
4️⃣ System & Action Plan Update
CRM / Action Plan / Sheet में:
Feedback status
MC renewal status
Follow-up date
Remarks
Data entry में accuracy maintain करना
कोई भी call pending न रहे, यह ensure करना
5️⃣ Reporting Responsibility
Daily report submit करना:
Total feedback calls
Positive / negative feedback
MC renewal leads
Converted sales
Team Leader को end of day report देना
आवश्यक Skills (Required Skills)
Good communication skills (Hindi compulsory, basic English preferred)
Customer handling & convincing skills
Basic system knowledge:
CRM / Excel / Google Sheet
Follow-up mindset और patience
Office discipline और time management
