Position: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process
Location: Noida
Qualification: Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in Voice Process (BPO)
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer handling ability
• Problem solving and complaint resolution skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate product and service information.
• Conduct customer feedback and quality assurance surveys.
• Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers.
Shift Timing:
• 5 Days Working
• Male: 24×7 shift window
• Female: 6 AM – 8 PM (Any 9-hour shift)
• Joining Incentive: ₹5,000 after completing 60 days
